4 days agoby amandaseghettiBUMPDATE 17 weeks today and I am feeling really good! Some days the tiredness hits, but most days I don’t even feel pregnant. Still teaching #BODYPUMP class 3x/week and have added in my own workouts at home as well. Really focusing on nutrition and not giving in to every pregnancy craving I have. Total weight gain so far is 10 pounds, which makes my doctor (and me) happy! The most exciting part: this morning I definitely 100% felt baby move!! 3 days agoby amandaseghettiToday was a beautiful Colorado day! We don’t get a lot of warm weather in January, so we take advantage when we have it. Aren and I surprised Kaiden by walking to pick him up from school. Exercise, fresh air, and quality time! Knowing how my 8 year old usually gets hungry on our walks (it’s 1.5 miles!), I decided to pack him a snack today - apple slices and @vtsmoke meat sticks. 16 hours agoby amandaseghettiYou guys, I am completely obsessed with these food bowls. Yesterday my teenager asked if we had any food to eat (such a teen thing to say). I pulled out a variety of ingredients similar to these, and threw them in a bowl for her. She LOVED it. And the child isn’t easily impressed. She said she would love to eat it again!
